• The purpose of this contract is to protect both the customer (referred to as the ‘Customer’) and Itra Productions Ltd; working as Itraofficial Wedding Films.

Reservation of time and date:

• Upon signing this contract and receipt of the deposit, the company will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will make no other reservations for the duration of the contract.

Payments:

• 20% of payment is advance.
• 40% after raw data.
• Remaining 40% after final delivery.
• You will not be allowed to download the data until the full payment is done. 

Supply :

• The Company agrees to supply the product(s) or service(s) to the Customer as detailed in the Order and according to the terms and conditions of the contract.

Important Terms:

• Accommodation will be up to the client (including stay, food, travel)
• Drone permission will be on the client (as concerned about the location)
• After all deliveries, data will be stored safely for one(1) month, after there is no security of raw data.

Changes:

• After the 1 Week of delivering the final data client cannot ask for another changes.

Cancellation:

• When the client assigns, cancellation of an assignment, or is unable to reschedule said assignment to a time and date agreeable to Photographer, Client will be responsible for payment of any and all expenses up to the time of cancellation.

GALLERY ACCESS:

• Once all the ceremony is done, the online gallery will be available with in 24 hours.
• Client(s) will be able to download pictures from online gallery only after paying pending dues.
• Client(s) will access gallery from our website using login credential, provided by our executive or web services (email).
• Using login credential on our website, only you have access to your data. Your data is not visible on the internet to others. 
• Photographer can disable clients’ online gallery or revoke access to deliverables shared via any means of storage or web links at any point of time in case of no payment received or delay in payment of pending dues.
• Offline data deliveries or downloads links will only be provided after complete payment clearance. Online gallery access is provided free only for two months, the Client needs to pay for online gallery subscription once the free time period of two months is over.

Copyrights- 

• There will be a logo of our Production “ITRA” in each digital file such as website portal, photos, video, etc.
• There will be extra charges if you don’t want the credits and the Production log.
• We can share your pictures and video on our website and social media with your concerns.
• We will have full flexibility of changing and modifying the data as we will post on our web pages.
